• Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within one business day.
• Large withdrawals (above Rs 200,000) may require additional identity verification before processing.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Funds must originate from genuine gameplay. 98 game may conduct due diligence on withdrawal requests where the source of funds is unclear.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed while a player is under investigation for a potential breach of these Terms.

10.1 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive when no login, deposit, withdrawal or bet has been placed for 12 consecutive months. After 12 months of inactivity, 98 game may begin applying a monthly dormancy administration fee to the account balance. Players will be notified by email before any fees are applied. After 24 months of total inactivity, the account may be closed and any remaining balance handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure
